45 Minute Express Train
A great way to blow out the weekend cobwebs, 45 minutes of functional fitness using a combination of body weight, resistance focused exercises and cardio drills in a small group training environment. Freestyle fitness packs a punch and is different every time. Though HIIT is obviously high in intensity, options can be provided for all fitness levels.
ABT (Abs, Butts and Thighs)
Lets feel the burn in the buns, abs and thighs as you tone every single one of those muscles. Non-stop hard work with great results. This class is suitable for all ages and abilities.
Upper Body Strength
Put some focus on the upper body, this class will help you tone up the back, chest and arms. Having a strong upper body will help you not only in the gym but also in real life situations.
A gentle exercise program with a strong emphasis on fun. This low impact class includes a combination of aerobic exercise, flexibility and resistance training. Perfect for the mature member, or those looking to rehabilitate.
Pilates uses controlled movements, breath, a calm mind, allowing you muscles to be in control of each movement. Pilates involves alternating and repeating movements while holding your body and core in a controlled and still position.
Functional Training trains your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work or in sports. While using various muscles in the upper and lower body at the same time, functional fitness exercises also emphasise core stability.
Strength training is a type of physical exercise specialising in the use of resistance to induce muscular contraction, which builds the strength, anaerobic endurance, size of skeletal muscles and bone density.
There are no rules here. Turn up, we’ll put you into teams and it’s game on. Suitable to all ages and fitness abilities, this is a sure fire way to get your sweat on and have a great time while working out.
Boxing Cardio Core Blast
A good boxing class engages all your muscle groups for a total body burn. When you are using so many muscle groups in one exercise you are generating greater energy consumption – which means more calories are being burnt! Boxing is perfect for FAT BURNING, MUSCLE TONING and FUN.
HITT / Pilates / Stretch
20 minutes of HIIT, 20 minutes of Pilates, 20 minute stretch. Best way to finish your weekly training.
