Michelle Henry

Michelle is the owner of FIT 2478. Having been involved in the fitness industry for over 25 years, she possesses a wealth of coaching knowledge. Michelle is a qualified Health/Life Coach, Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Level 2 Pilates Instructor and 350 hour yoga teacher. Over time Michelle has had great success in helping her clients achieve acceptance and self love. She is extremely passionate about living an amazing life , is a creative trainer and always lots of fun to be around.

Brodie McJorrow

I have been in the fitness industry for over 10 years and am passionate about the gym environment and the power it has to transform people’s lives. As well as the obvious positive results seen on a physical fitness level and body transformation I have also witness significant decrease in chronic health conditions, my clients carry a sense of increased resilience, confidence and discipline to other areas of their personal and work life.

My personal approach of training clients has evolved from a desire to challenge the status quo in the health and fitness industry, I have been studying in the field of Neuro Physics Therapy and this has had a flow on effect into how I approach clients goal, with a focus on treating each client as a unique individual, allowing for specific advise and support to exponentially improve towards their health, wellness & performance goals.

Tam Hardy

Tammy is an extremely fit woman with 17 years of experience at the gym behind her. Having once been overweight and unhappy Tammy understands the importance of feeling fit and the balance a regular fitness regime provides. Tammy loves the strong feeling that pushing yourself hit those fitness goals provides. She loves pushing the boundaries of what her mind tells her that her body can’t or shouldn’t do. She loves meeting like-minded people so would love you to come up to her at the gym and make yourself known. Tammy has lots of great healthy recipes which she loves experimenting with and sharing with family, friends and others and would love to share these with you. Just to even out the balance though, Tammy loves her treats, especially her Lindt chocolate.
Marissa Murrell
Marissa MurrellFitness Trainer
Marissa is highly experienced in the Health and Fitness Industry, with a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Science, certificate in Nutrition Coaching and Cert 3 and 4 in Personal Training. Plus she is a ripper human.
Marissa is now taking both Personal Training and Exercise Physiology Clients.

She will also be taking our 6PM Tuesday Functional Training Class

Throughout her entire life Kerry has always been involved in and had a love for sport and fitness. Her appetite to learn more than just play and represent sport in a variety of areas led her to attain her Certificate III and Certificate IV in Group and Personal Fitness Training, Group Fitball, Ground Pilates and Certificate 1& 2 in Thump Boxing.

Kerry has owned a gym and had her own Personal Training business.
Her passion is helping others reach their goals.

Dylan Irwin
Dylan IrwinPersonal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor
For a young man, Dylan has an understanding of the fitness industry way beyond his years. Dylan began training for mental health around the age of 14. He is currently studying his Certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness and Nutrition at HPC. Dylan has a fabulous knowledge base around supplements and nutrition. Dylan also works as a disability support worker.
